How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are made after the closing date that your organization decides. It will then take 10 to 14 days to print and deliver the item(s) to your coordinator. Without a coordinator, items will take 10-14 days to make and ship.

What if I want to change my order?

Please contact us immediately and we can change your order. If the item(s) is already made no changes can be made. We appreciate your understanding since every item is made to order.

What if I want a design / size that is not shown?

Please contact us if what you are looking for is not available as an option. Some sizes are only available in certain colors.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns at this time. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Thank you for your understanding.
